1. Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

We do not accept returns for:

Worn or damaged items (not caused by us)

Undergarments or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

Approved refunds may be processed as:

Store credit OR

Exchange for another item

(Cash refunds depend on store policy — you can tweak this)

Customers can exchange items for different sizes or styles (subject to availability)

If you receive a defective item, report it within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
